Q. Is it complicated to order a piece of custom wood furniture?
A. No, we are a small shop (8 of us) and we take all the time you need to make sure you get what
you want and how you want it; whether you need cherry, oak, or pine country furniture.
Q. How long does it take to receive my furniture?
A. It normally takes us 6-8 weeks to build the furniture after all the details have been worked out.
Then we figure about 2 1/2 weeks shipping time.
Q. Where are you located?
A. I live in Columbus, New Mexico. It is a small village (2000 of us) on the Southern Border. My
shop is just across the border in Mexico.
Q. Why are you in Mexico?
A. Custom wood furniture is very labor intensive. My labor is a lot cheaper in Mexico, so I am able to
give you a better value.
Q. What if my furniture arrives and it is not what I expected?
A. This problem is easily overcome by good communication at the beginning of the project. If we
cannot meet your expectations we will tell you upfront. We would rather pass on an order than
have you disappointed.
Q. Can you ship all over the United States?
A. Yes, we use a national company that ships all over the U.S.
Q. Do you have any dealers?
A. Yes, we have about 30 great dealers around the country. Please call or email and I will direct
you to one.
Q. What if there is not a dealer close to us?
A. We will be happy to sell you through our shop store in Columbus, New Mexico.
Q. Isn't custom wood furniture expensive?
A. For furniture of equal quality, whether it be poplar, maple or pine country furniture, we will be the same price or less.
